Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order, and we will always do our best to help. Because these are sealed research materials, a few sensible limits apply to returns, and here is exactly how it all works.

Changed your mind before it ships

Had second thoughts before your parcel leaves us? No problem at all. Email [email protected] with your order number while it is still here, and we will cancel it and send your money back in full.

Once it is on its way

After an order has been dispatched, we are not able to take it back. As sealed research materials, these items cannot return to our shelves once they have gone out, and that holds true whether or not the seal has been opened.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order turns up damaged, incorrect, or simply not what you expected, please give us a shout within 48 hours of it arriving. Send your order number and a photo or two to [email protected], and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Getting your refund

When a refund is due, it goes back to the way you first paid, and it usually clears within a couple of weeks of us agreeing it with you.
