Returns & Refunds

As these are sensitive research materials, returns are limited — for safety and integrity reasons.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an order turns up damaged, wrong or not as described, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll sort a replacement or refund.

Unopened items

Sealed, intact vials may qualify for return within 14 days at our discretion. For safety reasons we can't accept anything opened or reconstituted.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods or agreeing the claim.

Lost in transit

If a tracked order is confirmed lost on its way to you, we'll re-ship or refund.
