These terms cover your use of this website and any purchase from Vosberg Ltd ("we", "us"). Placing an order means you accept them in full.

1. Eligibility & research use

Every product is supplied strictly as a laboratory reference material for in-vitro research use only. They are not medicines and are not for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, topical application, diagnostic, therapeutic or any in-vivo use. By ordering you confirm you are 18 or over and buying solely for lawful research.

2. Products & pricing

We describe products as accurately as we can. Prices are in GBP and include any applicable handling. We may change prices and availability at any time.

3. Orders & payment

An order is accepted once payment clears. We take UK bank transfer and cryptocurrency. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Shipping

Orders leave the UK in discreet, plain, unbranded packaging via tracked services. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed.

5. Your responsibility

You alone are responsible for making sure your purchase, possession and use of the products comply with every law and regulation that applies to you, and you accept full responsibility for their lawful, appropriate use.

6. Liability

Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything that can't be excluded by law. Beyond that, products are supplied for research use only and we accept no liability from any use contrary to their labelling.
