Welcome, and thanks for stopping by. The lines below explain how things work when you browse our shop or buy something from Vosberg Ltd (we call ourselves "we" and "us" here). Placing an order tells us you are happy with all of it, so please have a quick read first.

1. Who can buy, and why

Everything we sell is a laboratory reference material made for in-vitro research use only. These are not medicines, and they are not meant for people or animals in any form, so please never swallow, inject, apply, or put them to any diagnostic, therapeutic, or in-vivo purpose. When you order, you are letting us know you are 18 or over and that your work with these materials stays firmly on the right side of the law.

2. Products & pricing

We put real care into describing each item so you know exactly what you are getting. Every price is shown in pounds and already covers any handling on our side. From time to time we may adjust a price or refresh what is in stock, and we always try to keep the listings current.

3. Orders & payment

Your order becomes final once your payment has reached us. For now you can pay by UK bank transfer or with cryptocurrency. On the rare occasion something does not look right, we may turn down or cancel an order, and we will always let you know if that happens.

4. Shipping

We send every parcel from within the UK in plain, unbranded packaging, using a tracked service so you can follow it along the way. Any delivery date we mention is our best estimate rather than a firm promise.

5. Your responsibility

It is down to you to check that buying, holding, and working with these materials is allowed under the rules that apply where you are. By ordering, you take on full responsibility for using them lawfully and sensibly.

6. Liability

We never try to sidestep our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, or for anything the law simply will not let us exclude. Beyond that, because these materials are sold for research only, we cannot take on liability for any use that goes against what the label says.

7. Governing law

These terms follow the law of England and Wales, and that is where any dispute between us would be settled.
